Michel Boucher is the owner of The French Wine Club.
Born and raised in Vendome, in the Loire Valley, Michel was steeped from childhood in the culture of wine, which is second nature anyway to most French people.
He traveled extensively through France and visited countless family-owned and operated vineyards. While working in several of them, he collected over the years an extensive knowledge of French wine regions and of their specialties, and was taught by master vintners how to distinguish the finest wines from the rest.
As a result, Michel is regarded as a very knowledgeable connoisseur of French vintage wines, and his advice is sought out by many individuals and restaurants.
Michel is a genuine lover of French wines. Nothing pleases him more than discussing the respective merits of different types of wine when he is asked by his numerous customers to give his advice.
